Madison Fagan
Child and Adolescent Counselor
“Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.”
Madison is a Master of Social Work–level clinician who works with children, adolescents, individuals, and families across the lifespan. She earned her MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University, completing her specialist clinical placement at Children’s Law Center, where she supported child advocacy efforts and worked closely with families navigating legal and child welfare systems.
Madison brings a strong foundation in trauma-informed, client-centered care and is especially passionate about helping children and adolescents feel safe, heard, and supported—particularly during periods of transition, uncertainty, or system involvement. Her clinical work is grounded in attunement, trust-building, and developmentally responsive interventions.
She also completed a clinical placement at Miriam’s Kitchen, providing support to individuals experiencing homelessness. This experience deepened her commitment to dignity-centered care and strengthened her ability to meet clients exactly where they are, without judgment.
Madison earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Varsity Field Hockey team. Her appreciation for movement, teamwork, and the mind-body connection informs her holistic approach to therapy. She previously worked at Latham & Watkins, giving her valuable insight into the legal systems that often intersect with the lives of children and families.
Madison’s therapeutic style is warm, relational, and collaborative. She values whole-person healing and partners with clients to build resilience, emotional balance, and meaningful, healthy connections—both within themselves and in their relationships.
