Supriya Pandit is a dedicated social worker and advocate who is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and reclaim their sense of self. With a background in clinical social work, case management, and program leadership, Supriya brings both warmth and structure to the therapeutic space, empowering clients, especially those from historically marginalized communities to feel seen, heard, and supported.

Grounded in the belief that healing is deeply personal and collective, Supriya is especially committed to creating space for people of color to explore identity, generational resilience, and emotional wellness. She believes in the power of culturally affirming care and meets each person where they are, with curiosity, compassion, and an unwavering belief in their potential.

Through her work across different communities and cultural contexts, she has developed a global perspective that helps her connect with individuals from all walks of life. Whether working in a women’s shelter, facilitating behavioral health support, or advocating for equity across systems, Supriya centers dignity, empowerment, and cultural humility in everything she does.

Supriya works with individuals navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and stress related to systemic oppression. Supriya is especially passionate about supporting individuals who may feel overlooked, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and she meets each client with empathy and nonjudgment.

Guided by a deep respect for the natural world, Supriya finds grounding in moments of quiet reflection, time outdoors, and intentional breathwork practices she often weaves into her healing approach. Outside of her professional work, Supriya finds joy in sharing lived experiences, exploring new places, and celebrating the quiet moments that lead to lasting transformation.
